To use this service, you’ll need to ship your ECU to our headquarters for unlocking.
Please make sure to verify your ECU’s eligibility by performing a Bench identification before sending it in for Mail-in Unlock.
Once the unlock is completed, we’ll return the ECU to you, ready for Bench read/write operations.
Good news: a dealer update does not impact Mail-in Unlock. 👍
The total shipping cost—calculated at checkout—includes pickup at your location, shipment to our headquarters, and return delivery with insurance. We take care of the entire logistics process.
This service applies to a single ECU only.
The ECU will be systematically returned to stock. If it was previously tuned, the tuned file will be permanently lost.
Mail-in Unlock is compatible with AutoTuner Tool and One. Compatibility with third-party tools cannot be guaranteed.

Mail-in Unlock
De ECU wordt meestal binnen dezelfde dag verwerkt. Afhankelijk van de logistieke omstandigheden kan deze zelfs dezelfde dag nog worden teruggestuurd. Deze termijn omvat geen ophaaltijd, transport of eventuele vertragingen veroorzaakt door de vervoerder.

We garanderen echter alleen compatibiliteit met officiële AutoTuner-tools.
We werken exclusief met DHL, een vertrouwde partner sinds het begin van AutoTuner.
