HD Tuning was started by Matt Bekam to provide premium engine calibrations for most European and luxury vehicles.  Matt has been tuning vehicles for a decade and before branching out on his own was doing tuning for the likes of Powerchip, Evosport, Weistec Engineering, BBI Autosport, Brabus, and many more.  We currently hold the record for the highest horsepower Ferrari 488 in the world (dyno verified) where we gained: 200whp and 200wtq on 91 octane.
