To use this service, you’ll need to ship your ECU to our headquarters for unlocking.
Please make sure to verify your ECU’s eligibility by performing a Bench identification before sending it in for Mail-in Unlock.
Once the unlock is completed, we’ll return the ECU to you, ready for Bench read/write operations.
Good news: a dealer update does not impact Mail-in Unlock. 👍
The total shipping cost—calculated at checkout—includes pickup at your location, shipment to our headquarters, and return delivery with insurance. We take care of the entire logistics process.
This service applies to a single ECU only.
The ECU will be systematically returned to stock. If it was previously tuned, the tuned file will be permanently lost.
Mail-in Unlock is compatible with AutoTuner Tool and One. Compatibility with third-party tools cannot be guaranteed.

Mail-in Unlock
L’ECU est généralement traité dans la journée. Selon les conditions logistiques, il peut même être renvoyé le jour même de sa réception. Ce délai n’inclut pas le temps de prise en charge, le transport, ni les éventuels retards du transporteur.

Le déverrouillage (unlock) n’est pas associé à un numéro de série AutoTuner en particulier.
Néanmoins, nous pouvons garantir la compatibilité de l’unlock uniquement avec des outils AutoTuner officiels.
