Following your feedback, we realized that the term "Remote Unlock" could sometimes be confusing regarding the procedure to follow.
📢 We listened to you: the name changes, clarity comes first!
To remove any ambiguity, we are replacing this term today with "Mail-in Unlock". This new name describes exactly what the service is: sending the ECU physically to our headquarters for unlocking.
Rest assured, the technical procedure remains exactly the same; only the name changes on your interface and website to ensure a smoother experience.
